Starting Role: Sous Chef
Born and raised in Portsmouth New Hampshire, Chef Bobby has been working in the Food & Beverage industry for nearly 10 years. Mussig perfected his skills at two out of the four Johnson & Wales campuses -- JWU Denver, and JWU Providence -- and participated in a study abroad program in Italy at Florence University of the Arts.

Australian by birth, American by choice, Steve takes great pride in creating a cocktail menu that represents our local history, seasonal ingredients, and Colonial theme.
Steve has recently completed his CSS from the Society of Wine Educators, and we are proud to have him leading our cocktail program.
QUIN MAGENAU
Hospitality Director
Starting Role: Support
After graduating from Portsmouth High School, Quin studied Communications at Oregon State University. After working in sales, Quin found a passion for the service industry. He moved back to Portsmouth in 2022 and began as part of our support team.
With his passion for hospitality, pride in the Puddle Dock's mission, and local knowledge we our proud to have him leading our fantastic team!

Starting Role: Dishwasher, Goldi's Deli
Born and raised in Portsmouth, NH, Ryan has a passion for food, family, community, and hospitality.
Ryan created NNE Hospitality Group in 2020 and currently owns two local restaurants including The Puddle Dock and TOUR.
