Born and raised in Portsmouth New Hampshire, Mr. Mussig has been working in the Food & Beverage industry for nearly 10 years. Mussig perfected his skills at two out of the four Johnson & Wales campuses -- JWU Denver, and JWU Providence -- and participated in a study abroad program in Italy at Florence University of the Arts.
Australian by birth, American by choice, Steve takes great pride in creating a cocktail menu that represents our local history, seasonal ingredients, and Colonial theme.
Steve has recently completed his CSS from the Society of Wine Educators, and we are proud to have him leading our cocktail program.

After receiving BA in Philosophy from UC Berkley, Mark successfully ran several restaurant concepts in the San Francisco Bay Area. He moved to New England several years ago.

Ryan created NNE Hospitality Group in 2020 and currently owns two local restaurants including The Puddle Dock and TOUR.
